Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Be in original, unused condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Not fall under non-returnable categories, including intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale or clearance items.
If you’d like to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if required.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed. We will notify you once your return has been received and a refund has been initiated. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
We cannot process returns or refunds for items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging.
Refunds for returned items exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
